A few quick rules so promo codes work the way both of us expect.

How to use a promo code

Add items to your cart and continue to checkout
In the "Discount code" field, enter the code exactly as written (case-sensitive sometimes – best to copy-paste)
Click Apply – your savings appear in the order summary
Complete checkout to lock in the discount

The fine print

Promo codes must be applied before you complete the order – we can't add them after
Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes don't stack with other codes
Promo codes are not redeemable for cash or store credit
Promo codes are not transferable
Some products and collections may be excluded from specific promotions
Promo codes have expiration dates and may be single-use per customer
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time

Newsletter subscriber offers

Subscribers to our newsletter may receive a welcome discount code by email after signup. Specific terms (eligibility, expiry, exclusions) are included in the email when the code is delivered.

Sale items

Most promo codes cannot be combined with sale prices or other promotions. The specific rules for each promo are noted at the time the offer is communicated to you.
