Need to change something about your order? Here's how it works.

How to cancel or change your order

Email us as soon as possible at hello@pikkolo.net with your order number and what you'd like to change – your shipping address, an item, or quantities. Most orders begin processing within minutes, so we can't always catch one before it ships – but we'll do our best and confirm by reply. If we reach it in time, you'll get a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order has already shipped

Once an order is on its way, it can't be cancelled, modified, or readdressed. There's no cancellation fee. If you no longer want the item, you can refuse delivery or start a return within 30 days of delivery (see our Refund Policy).

Address changes

Spotted a typo in your shipping address? Email us immediately at hello@pikkolo.net. We can sometimes catch an order before it ships if processing hasn't started – no guarantee, but worth trying. Once it's shipped, the address can't be changed.

Wrong address shipped

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address. You'll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Cancelled by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if we discover a pricing error, suspect fraud, or can't fulfill it for reasons beyond our control. In those cases you receive a full refund – no charge to you.
